Resident Services
While we work closely with property staff, Resident Services is separate from Property Management. They handle leasing, rent payments, maintenance requests, or enforcement matters. Resident Services role is fully focused on supporting residents through resources, programs, and community-building initiatives.
Resident Services offers a wide range of support. We’re here as a resource for many of your needs—from connecting you with local community programs and opportunities, to assisting with applications or paperwork, to providing information about helpful services in the area.
In addition to one-on-one support, we coordinate educational and community events at the properties we serve. These may include pizza parties, bingo nights, and social gatherings, as well as workshops designed to support your career goals, financial wellness, and personal growth. Our events bring both fun and meaningful learning opportunities to the community.
At the heart of Resident Services is our commitment to being there for you whenever you need a little extra support. Our coordinators strive to make a positive difference every day—offering care, connection, and community to all our residents.
Youth & Family Programs
At Compass for Affordable Housing, we believe that supporting families means investing in the next generation. Our Youth & Family Programs are designed to strengthen households by fostering learning, growth, and connection through engaging, community-centered initiatives.
These programs provide children and teens with safe, enriching spaces to learn and thrive beyond the classroom—offering academic support, creative expression, leadership development, and social-emotional learning opportunities. Parents and caregivers are also supported through workshops and resources focused on family wellness, financial stability, and long-term success.
By creating programs that nurture both youth and their families, Compass helps build stronger, more resilient communities from the inside out. Our goal is to inspire confidence, curiosity, and compassion in young people while giving families the tools they need to build brighter futures together.
At Compass, we believe every child deserves a safe, welcoming place to learn and grow after the school day ends. Our After-School Programs offer hands-on learning, creative activities, and caring support that help students build confidence and discover new interests. Guided by our F.O.C.U.S. framework—Fostering Opportunity, Confidence, Understanding, and Success—we create a fun, structured environment where kids can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Adult Education
Our Adult Education programming coordinates engaging educational and community events at the properties we serve. These offerings include workshops that support career development, financial wellness, and personal growth. Designed to be both informative and enjoyable, our events foster meaningful learning experiences while strengthening community connections.
